Chestnut Title is a female-operated title company started in 2019. Thanks to the support of local realtors and loan officers, we have grown more than we could have imagined in two short years. Each owner and employee at Chestnut title is passionate about real estate transactions and is very invested in the business, treating each transaction as if it were their own. Lauren Gearlds and Amanda Manship, Co-Owners and Attorneys at Chestnut Title, have a primary mission to create a happy and stress-free closing experience for all parties involved in Bowling Green real estate transactions.

Lauren and Amanda strive to create a non-intimidating closing environment, so buyers and sellers feel free to communicate questions and concerns and feel confident about the information provided to them.

Lauren is married to Cory Gearlds, and they have recently added to their family with the addition of their beautiful daughter, Stella. Amanda is married to Justin Manship and they have three children, Jackson, Brennan, and Molly.
